Individual Therapy

This service aims at alleviating unwanted functional impact on a person’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and begins with an assessment to determine goals, strengths, and barriers.

Couples Therapy

The process of couples therapy involves an assessment with you as a couple and with each of you separately in order to develop clear and specific treatment goals.

How does all this work?

  • Confidential and Ethical practice
  • A well-managed case load to ensure each client has my undivided focus and attention.
  • Frequency of sessions are typically scheduled Weekly to Bi-weekly.
  • 50-minute appointments with flexibility to accommodate your schedule.
  • Duration of therapy tends to be 8-10 sessions (this can vary based on need)
  • Each session is structured to include time to inquire about the previous visit and identify a working theme for current meeting; identify attempted barriers, desired change, exceptions and practical solutions; and providing a summary of what emerged in terms of new insights and tangible changes.
